Report: 49ers open to trading two first-round picks

General manager John Lynch is shopping the San Francisco 49ers' first-round draft picks. ESPN reported Lynch let teams know he is willing and ready to trade the 13th overall pick -- acquired from the Indianapolis Colts for DeForest Buckner -- and that the team's original pick, No. 31, is also up for grabs. The 49ers currently don't have picks in the second, third or fourth round.
