Heard on the Sports Show that RB Trey Benson is hurt. JG said its day to day and that an injury report will come out on Wednesday. This surprised me and that may be why they signed RB Carter to the active roster.

he's not listed as hurt on my fantasy team on NFL.com so that's news to me.

Hope he's able to go

It's online that he missed practice Monday and nobody knows what the injury is so yeah a little concerning

There's a few stories about it online but nobodoy knows what's the injury

Kind of weird. The last I saw Gannon said they will update us tomorrow on Benson, it's day to day, no explanation of it's an injury or something else.

They actually had 4 RB's in for workouts including Jermar Jefferson who I liked in college but who never panned out in the NFL. That would make you think Benson might miss some time and they were signing someone for the PS because Carter is coming up, but he clearly said it's day to day so very weird.

Andrea Peterson, Barry Sanders, Gale Sears, or Jim Brown all in their prime wouldn't make our run game any better until our line figures it out. Okay, maybe marginally they would.

he's good but he's not really an inside runner so like I've been saying for Benson they would have to change some of the plays. We were so much an inside running team because of Conner.

Hall runs out of bounds too much for my taste but he IS a good player. The big concern on him is fumbles he fumbled 5 times last year. But he'd be a nice pickup if the price is right and IF Benson is hurt we're probably going to consider making a move

I do vaguely recall after this happened wondering if he was ok but he stayed in for the next play. But this is my guess IF Benson is hurt, this is when it happened.

FYI I don't recall for sure which ankle but he missed the last few games last year because of an ankle injury so could be the same one. Guess we'll find out tomorrow
