The Ravens' off-season is officially underway after Jesse Minter introduced Declan Doyle (offensive coordinator), Anthony Weaver (defensive coordinator), and Anthony Levine Sr. (special teams coordinator) to the Baltimore media and fans.
Doyle will take over the reins from the new Browns head coach, Todd Monken. The requirements are to get a two-time MVP into the Super Bowl sooner rather than later, and he'll have plenty of talent at the skill positions to get the Ravens back into the thick of the AFC playoff discussions.
With a new staff in Baltimore, the Ravens can conduct off-season training on April 6, and Doyle was asked about offensive players participating in OTAs.
Last season, star quarterback Lamar Jackson was battered and missed four games, going 192-302 passing (63.6 completion percentage) for 2,549 yards (196.1 per game), 21 touchdowns, 7 interceptions, and a 103.8 passer rating.
On Wednesday, Doyle discussed improving Jackson's footwork and efficiency while still allowing his quarterback to play the role of "Superman" when needed.

Doyle on (voluntary) OTAs: “We would expect (players) to be here.” Added that with a new offense, etc., it’s important in order to achieve goal of a championship. #Ravens
