Ravens to Host M&T Bank Stadium Gameday Job Fair on June 6​

The Ravens are looking to add new members to their gameday team as the organization prepares for the 2026 season.

On Saturday, June 6, the Ravens will host a Gameday Job Fair at M&T Bank Stadium, giving interested candidates the opportunity to interview for a variety of positions that help create the fan experience on game days and during other special events throughout the year. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the South Club Level at M&T Bank Stadium. While appointments are encouraged, walk-up applicants are also welcome. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply.

The job fair will feature opportunities with several stadium partners, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, security, guest services, and Ravens gameday operations. Qualified applicants may receive on-the-spot job offers pending completion of background checks. In addition, everyone who attends will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win an autographed Ravens item.

Ravens Senior Director of Guest Experience Colleen Helak emphasized the importance of the annual event and the role gameday staff play in creating a memorable atmosphere for fans.

"Every year, this event gives us the opportunity to strengthen our team and continue to provide an exceptional experience to Ravens fans on gameday," Helak said.

Helak added that the organization is looking for people who are passionate about serving fans and contributing to the gameday environment.

"We are looking forward to adding more dedicated and passionate team members to our M&T Bank Stadium family."

Available positions include bartenders, concession workers, cooks, food runners, warehouse workers, custodians, security officers, ushers, ticket takers, courtesy team members, and 50/50 raffle sellers.

Candidates can park in Lot D and enter the stadium through Gate D.
