CBS Sports' Matt Zenitz is reporting that the Baltimore Ravens are hiring Greg Goines from Liberty University as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. Goines previously worked with the Auburn Tigers football team and at Liberty University after graduating from Clemson University in 2021.

Goines adds another experienced voice to Baltimore's strength and conditioning program as the Ravens continue shaping their staff for the upcoming season. Strength and conditioning assistants play a key role in player development, working closely with athletes throughout the offseason and during the regular season to maintain peak performance.

With stints at both Auburn and Liberty, Goines has worked with major college programs that regularly produce NFL talent. His background in high-level collegiate strength programs should translate well as he joins a Ravens organization that has long emphasized physical preparation and durability as part of its identity.
