The Ravens' coaching staff is set to look dramatically different after head coach John Harbaugh was fired. The expectation is that Todd Monken (OC) and Zach Orr (DC) will be dismissed as well. With the situation very fluid, some of the assistant coaches are starting to look around the league. According to Jordan Schultz, Baltimore QB coach Tee Martin is set to interview with the Commanders and Lions for their vacant offensive coordinator positions.

As a standout quarterback and two-year starter at Tennessee (1998-99), Martin led the Vols to a 22-3 record and a victory in the first-ever BCS National Championship (1998).

Martin just finished his fifth season with Baltimore and third as the quarterbacks coach, following two years (2021-22) guiding its wide receivers. He joined the Ravens after 15 seasons coaching mainly in the collegiate ranks, including at his alma mater, the University of Tennessee (2019-20), where he tutored wide receivers and served as passing game coordinator and assistant head coach.

Martin has experience calling plays, and was the offensive coordinator at USC when Sam Darnold rose to prominence.
