Rashan Gary trade details: Cowboys land Micah Parsons replacement by acquiring former Packers first-round pick originally appeared on The Sporting News. Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.
The Dallas Cowboys are trading a 2027 fourth-round pick to the Green Bay Packers in exchange for defensive lineman Rashan Gary, per Ian Rapoport.
This is the second season where the Cowboys and the Packers have completed a deal involving a defensive lineman, though this one isn't as much of a blockbuster as last year's Micah Parsons deal.
In the Parsons deal, the Cowboys got back defensive tackle Kenny Clark and two first-round picks, but weren't able to replicate Parsons' production. This deal gives Dallas a boost to its defensive line and only costs it a future fourth-round pick.
