Injuries have taken a toll on the Los Angeles Rams in the second half of the season but more reinforcements could be on the way. After getting back Davante Adams and Quentin Lake last week, a trio of key players could return against the Chicago Bears.

Sean McVay said on Monday that he’s optimistic Kevin Dotson will be able to play against the Bears after missing the last three games with an ankle injury suffered in the Rams’ Week 16 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. He even said there’s “a good chance” Dotson plays, which is encouraging to hear.

Justin Dedich has been filling in at right guard but Dotson is arguably the Rams' best offensive lineman when healthy.

Terrance Ferguson missed the last two games with a hamstring injury that popped up on Friday before the finale against the Arizona Cardinals, but he’s making progress, too. McVay said Ferguson should have a chance to play in the divisional round this Sunday, giving the Rams even more talent and depth at an already rich position with Tyler Higbee back.

And finally, McVay shared an update on Josh Wallace, who hasn’t played since Week 16 due to an ankle injury. Like Ferguson, Wallace has a chance to play against the Bears, with McVay being optimistic he’ll be able to go.

Matthew Stafford has a sprain on the index finger. But Sean McVay said he’s good to roll for Sunday’s divisional game against the Bears.

Though Wallace doesn’t play outside cornerback, his return helps the depth in the secondary after Ahkello Witherspoon reinjured his scapula and was placed on injured reserve Monday. The Rams could use some help at defensive back and Wallace is a valuable player to have thanks to his versatility.

The Rams will have their hands full against a very good Bears team this weekend so they’ll need all hands on deck in chilly Chicago. This is certainly a good start to the week on the injury front, especially with Matthew Stafford also ready to roll after spraining his index finger.
