The Los Angeles Rams will turn their attention to the offseason after their 2025 campaign ended with a heartbreaking loss to the Seattle Seahawksin the NFC Championship Game. It was a gut-wrenching way for their season to come to a close, but now the offseason work begins.

Free agency opens in March and the Rams will have a chance to re-sign some of the players whose contracts are set to expire in a couple of months. They have 20 pending free agents on the books, including veterans Tyler Higbee and Rob Havenstein, and starting defensive backs Kamren Curl and Cobie Durant.

The Rams managed free agency well last year but this offseason could see Los Angeles lose a handful of key contributors from the last several seasons. Here’s a full list of their pending free agents for 2026.

The Rams can sign these players to new contracts before free agency begins in March, preventing them from hitting the market and signing with another team. It remains to be seen who they will prioritize and which players they'll let walk, but we'll get more clarity in the coming weeks and months leading up to the start of the new league year.

According to Over The Cap, the Rams are projected to have about $45.6 million in cap space, though the official salary cap for 2026 has yet to be set by the NFL, so it's merely a projection as of now. Still, they'll be flush with cash and cap room to make big moves in the offseason.
