The Los Angeles Rams made a lot of moves around the draft board in 2025.

Not only did the Rams move out of the first round and into the second round with a big trade on Day 1, but L.A. traded three more times to pick up the players they wanted at the spots they felt comfortable taking them.

The Rams didn't need to move to draft Michigan outside linebacker Josaiah Stewart in the third round, though. He went with the Rams' original No. 90 pick despite being considered undersized for his position.

Stewart may not have earned a lot of acclaim before the draft, but ESPN's Field Yates loved the pick when the Rams made it. He called Stewart one of his favorite selections from the third round:

"I don't believe there is a team more ready to adhere to the 'find good football players' adage than the Rams, who are willing to give a little bit on measurables to get very good players," Yates wrote. "Stewart is undersized for a traditional edge rusher, but he just kept on producing in college: He registered at least 25 pressures in all four of his college seasons split between Coastal Carolina and Michigan with very good burst off the edge and strong hand usage."

Stewart was highly productive in college with 30.0 career sacks at Michigan and Coastal Carolina. He finished with Pro Football Focus' best pass rush grade in 2024 and was in a league of his own in pass rush efficiency. Now, he'll join a similarly-aged group in Jared Verse, Braden Fiske and Byron Young to round of the Rams' edge rushing unit.

And at the No. 90 pick, the value is insanely high if Stewart turns into a star.
