While the Broncos are enjoying their bye week to start the playoffs, their division rivals are taking advantage by requesting interviews with their assistant coaches for their vacant head coaching position. First request went out to defensive coordinator Vance Joseph. Now they're requesting to speak with QB coach Davis Webb.

The #Raiders requested an interview with #Broncos QB coach Davis Webb for their head coaching job per @TomPelissero. A little background on Webb.

Webb is just 30 years of age. Many of you are old enough to remember he was an NFL quarterback as recently at 2022. He entered the league in 2017 as a third round pick out of Cal.

After six seasons trying to make it in the league, he opted for coaching instead. He has been the QB coach in Denver the past three seasons, where he is credited with helping develop Bo Nix to lead the Broncos to the playoffs in his first two seasons, including the number one seed this year.

So, at just 30 years old, without even so much as coordinator experience, he is squarely on the radar of NFL clubs looking for a new head coach. The Raiders among them.
