Of anyone on the Denver Broncos, left tackle Garett Bolles has seen his fair share of change when it comes to offensive coordinators. Since he was drafted in 2017, Bolles has gone through six offensive coordinators. After Broncos head coach Sean Payton announced the transition of play-calling duties to newly-minted offensive coordinator Davis Webb this offseason, Bolles is excited about the direction of the offense under Webb.
"It is 'damn, he's good,'" Bolles said of Webb in an interview with Kay Adams on FanDuel TV’s Up & Adams show. "He's so young... and to be able to have a coach who understands the game — not like the old-school game — I'm talking about this newest game that we play... he can take what he's learned through so many different coaches and so many different offenses and find out what's best for him. He's so smart with the Xs and Os."

Like Bolles, Payton has also expressed extreme confidence in Webb, saying at the NFL combine in February that the young coach "has a gift." Webb was a hot commodity as a head coaching prospect ahead of the 2026 season, interviewing for several open positions before ultimately making the decision to stay with Denver and compete for a championship.
Bolles, quarterback Bo Nix and the rest of the team will get their first real look at Webb's offense when OTAs start at the beginning of June.
