At least we are setting records.Teams which had outgained their opponents on offense by 200 plus yards had been 14-0 before Sunday. After our loss it was 14-1.

Monti has been mostly bad in FA and mostly bad in the draft. Basically has ignored trades. Keim teams were 80-80. Monti is 13-22, and steaming towards another rebuild without even coming close to a playoff game. If never actually being good by year 3 in a rebuild is a sign, it's that you're not a very good GM. Monti's plan was to tear this thing down - we were promised a focus on both lines. Both are full of question marks at best. The 2024 draft is trending to be a cautionary tale. If this isn't a bad GM, I don't know what is.He isn’t a bad GM (in the bottom third or like historically bad). The problem is he’s risk-averse and unlucky.
Maybe the sample size isn’t there to say he’s bad. The problem is this team needs good people at QB, GM, and HC to actually compete and I don’t think we have that rn.
If you’re conservative in this next draft you probably do like what Parcells did in the 2008 NFL draft and build the lines then draft a QB prospect. Less risk and more excuses not to be fired.
He’s actually 15-29 now! Sustained success arrives any day now!Monti is 13-22
B.A. worked for Bidwill.Havent you figured it out yet? Good experienced people will not work for Bidwill. Would you put your career in his hands?

The only FO that would give him a head coaching job...B.A. worked for Bidwill.![]()
IndeedBeen Risen for a bit now
For most fan bases, the season is just really getting started. For us, our season was over weeks ago. Sad to be looking forward to the draft in November. It's kind of sad when the Cardinals playoffs are the draft. Need to stop the rinse and repeat cycle.

He just doesn't know who to hire. He needs to hire a President of Football Ops with a football background first and foremost. We're a rudderless organization.Havent you figured it out yet? Good experienced people will not work for Bidwill. Would you put your career in his hands?
Yeah, I would hope that if I were lucky enough to own/run a professional sports team that I would find the best people and let them run the team aspect of the franchise. I don't understand those who lucked into owning a franchise having such a difficult time delegating those responsibilities. You did not create this franchise and build it up from the ground. In most cases, you were born into a family which owned the team (ala Michael Bidwill). Put people in charge that know and understand the game. You sit back and reap the benefits and celebrity of your position. Let the football people run the football team. You do not need to sit in the film room with a head coach or do anything beyond simply being an owner. He just doesn't know who to hire. He absolutely would have. He made Jake Plummer the second-highest paid QB of all time after two seasons. His Dad is much maligned but he would never have done that second Murray contract.
