It did not take long for Barry Odom to replace Vance Vice.
Enter Zach Crabtree, a young, energetic coach coming from Fresno State, which had a top 10 run game in the nation.
There is plenty of familiarity with the system that is ran by Offensive Coordinator Josh Henson. Crabtree coached for Henson at USC before heading to Fresno State.
He also played for Henson at Oklahoma State until 2017. Familiarity in a system can go a long way. Now, terminology spoken from the OC to the OL coach SHOULD be similar, considering Crabtree grew as a player and coach under Henson.
Look for Crabtree to bring a fresh approach to an offensive line.
