Four-star offensive lineman DaJohn Yarborough is not FSU's highest-ranked target, but he is one of the most important. He is their top target along the offensive line, where they are still looking for their first commitment in the 2027 recruiting cycle.
Yarborough took his official visit to Tallahassee over the weekend, and he told Chris Nee of Noles247 that he was extremely impressed with what he saw.
"The visit to FSU was great. I really enjoyed everything about it, and it's definitely going to be hard to top," he said.
The Seminoles are not the only school prioritizing Yarborough, who is from Chandler, Arizona. He has already taken official visits to see the Mississippi State Bulldogs and California Golden Bears, and has one coming up with the Washington Huskies.
While he still has one official visit coming, he does know when he will make his commitment. The 6-foot-5, 340-pounder told Nee that he will be committing on July 11.
Yarborough has been a key target for offensive line coach Herb Hand, and this was his second time visiting FSU this year. With FSU's struggles recruiting offensive linemen this cycle, Yarborough is a player that they need to land as they work to fill out their recruiting class.
He is ranked as the No. 429 overall player and No. 26 interior offensive lineman in the 247Sports composite. He is also the No. 9 player from Arizona.
