The Cardinals will regret not taking him in Round 2 vs Budda Baker. Nothing against Budda but a potential QBOF is much more valuable.

He is certainly not ready today but he has all the physical tools and i would have loved to see him tutored by BA, Moore, and Palmer for a year or 2. He reminds me of Jameis Winston and he should be very close to matching his rookie production of 22 td's/15 Int.

Ya I think starting Kizer is a HUGE mistake.. That team is going to ruin him.. He whopping 51% completion % in pre season no less against vanilla defense is nothing get to excited about at this point.

Hue Jackson knows he has three years to show progress. By year three, he wants a functional QB, and the way to get there is to get Kizer reps now.

It would interesting to know the Cardinals' scouts' report on Kizer. My own feeling was...superb physical talent, but didn't handle the tough coaching or the ND pressure as well as one would have expected. Brian Kelly's coaching style is a lot like BA's. I wonder if it just wasn't a personality match.

I think he can succeed in time under Hue Jackson. That's a good coaching match for Kizer.

Totally agree. Kizer has good potential, with the right team and right OL...I don't think the Browns offer that to him.

Yes. materphomeg, so much of a QB's success is tied to his HC and OC. Personality matters. For example, Adam Gase is about the best coach on the planet for Jay Cutler. Most head coaches would want nothing to do with Cutler...which is why he got zero nibbles in FA until Gase came calling.

Prediction; he will be benched at some point during the year... he will have more turnovers than td's, by a wide margin... he will take a ton of sacks, and he'll make one 'wow' throw a game while throwing 10 'what was he thinking' throws.
