I have a good feeling having hired an OC as head coach.

I don’t understand the negativity. Yes the cards are not likely to have a great record due to our defense and qb, but we do have outstanding skill players and lots of young players to root for to develop. Things really could turn around as soon as we get a qb.

We're a terrible team, heading into a season where we all expect the team to be terrible and it's a franchise that is historically terrible.
That probably is a factor in the negativity.

ESPN shows Carolina as a 1.5 fav. How do they come up with that number as we don't even know who is playing?

What is everyone hoping to see? I'd like to see Beck play 2 quarters and we come out of the game healthy. Other than that, I doubt much will be shown and not sure if the starters will play much if at all. We're not good enough to not start our top players but they need to be smart.

I’ll be looking at anyone from Monti’s first two draft classes who’s playing.
Will Nonstarter-to-Know BJ Ojulari play? If so, he should be dominating people.
Will Elijah Jones play? If so, he should be erasing people.
Jon Gaines should be making good snaps and moving people off the ball.

minshew who - i had to look up his first name today - been a minute - i knew it was something crazy but it's been all brissett and beck as of late
minshew was in the same tier as brissett until last year - brissett is now somewhere between a backup and a starter - this year should determine which or if that's just what he is
beck apparently had a kick ass day yesterday - i still don't know if it was monti or lafleur that wanted him but it looks like whoever wanted him wanted him for a reason - to compete for the starting gig at some point
it's gardner btw - seems like a name i'd be able to remember but i haven't seen or heard much of him since mandatories began
it's brissett's job - paycheck proves it but i'm wondering if there could be a qb competition for the #2 spot - why not?
especially if whomever wanted beck actually wants beck to start at some point - meaning it would be beck getting all the back up reps in practice - should he win this hypothetical pre-season competition

The #AZCardinals waived DL Coziah Izzard and WR Tejhaun Palmer and claimed DT Cam Horsley and RB Evan Hull. Cardinals also tried out RB Jermar Jefferson. Notable since RB Trey Benson was not spotted at practice yesterday

Per Mike LaFleur, #AZCardinals running back Trey Benson is feeling better today. He had a flare up in his left knee. “I wouldn’t say shocked if he goes in Canton (for the Hall of Fame Game), but I wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t go.”
