The Las Vegas Raiders will hire Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak as their new head coach after Super Bowl LX, multiple outlets have confirmed. Kubiak will coordinate the Seahawks' offense versus the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl before taking charge of the Raiders. It represents a home-run hire for Mark Davis, Tom Brady, and John Spytek.

It's unclear if Kubiak plans to continue calling offensive plays, but that is the expectation. Regardless, he'll need to hire an offensive coordinator. We've identified three potential candidates.

Andrew Janocko

Current Seahawks quarterbacks coach Andrew Janocko followed Kubiak from New Orleans to Seattle. They also worked together previously with the Minnesota Vikings for three seasons (2019-21). Janocko has never called NFL plays, but would be a close disciple for Kubiak if the latter takes on play-calling duties.

Rick Dennison

Is the 67-year-old Rick Dennison interested in returning to coordinator duties? The veteran NFL coach has coached alongside Kubiak at four different spots, including with the Saints in 2024 and Seahawks in 2025. Dennison also spent time next to Kubiak in Denver and Minnesota. He's best remembered for his stints coordinating the Broncos (2015-16) and Bills (2017) offenses.

Justin Outten

If Kubiak wants a coordinator with play-calling experience, current teammate and Seahawks run game specialist/assistant offensive line coach Justin Outten will be an option. Outten coordinated the Broncos offense in 2022 when Kubiak was the passing game coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
