Pop-Tarts Bowl mascots honored (?) in hilarious gold jacket ceremony

The 2025 Pop-Tarts Bowl is off and running, and in between the action between Georgia Tech and BYU, the two mascots that were ceremonially toasted over the last couple years were inducted into the Ring of Honor. It wasn't exactly an honorable remembrance, however.

In a hilarious gold jacket ceremony, Cookies & Creme and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough struggled to lift their arms above their waists to place jackets on posters representing Strawberry and Cinnamon Roll. So, a frustrated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough kicked the Cinnamon Roll poster to the ground and tossed a jacket on it, while Cookies & Creme swung his jacket haphazardly on top of the Strawberry poster.

This is what it's all about. The mascots' introduction was just as much of a comedic masterpiece.

With the six mascots spread into two teams -- "Team Sprinkles" and "Team Swirls" -- fans can vote on their favorite team, and the winning squad will be lifted into a ceremonial toaster and eaten by the winning football team. The drama!
