Phone call...

I don't think I had told anyone (Except Skkorp & Ed) that I was pretty sure I wasn't going to renew my Season Tickets this season. But I got a note & a phone call from the ticket office & was wondering if anyone else did? I have till Thursday (March 27th) to make my final decision. Heart says renew - Brain & Wallet says don't... Thoughts?

I have not heard from the Cards yet...I'm expecting a phone call at any time now, I already got my second notice via mail. I will not spend one more penny before the draft. I have serious reservations that my seats will be unavailable when I decide whether or not to renew, get a flex-pack, or ditch the whole idea enitrely.

If needs be, I will go down to "pick your seat day" and find new seats if I feel that it will be worth my hard earned money to suffer another year of being in the minority of fans (that being Cardinals fans) at Sun Devil.

yea I am going to wait untill after the draft then go find a new pair if I think it will be worth another year of heartach.

But truthfully I will be at select-a-seat, I try to talk myself out of tickets every year and it never works...

Carl, you are going to go to most of the games anyway, may as well get the 20% off. Or you can always get the flex pack but you'd lose your place in getting to choose your seats in the new stadium.

I can understand choosing not to get tickets but I don't understand why waiting to see who we draft will influence anybody's decision.

Improvement in our draft picks from last year (Fisher, Bryant) will probably have more impact on this team than any guys currently in college.

c'mon! I'm as big a critic of the organization as there is, but I enjoy the NFL. 10 NFL teams a year, LIVE! And the Cardinals are there every time! Come join me and the rest of the Cardinals bandwagon in the 15 dollar seats, which I've had for 4 years. Great view, actually. Be sure to wear red and ask the fans of the other team how their flight out to AZ was!

It seems more appropriate. But perhaps you are right...I should wait till July to see how things ultimately shake-out with free agency after the June 1st cuts.

I'm happy enough with the free agency period so far, not solely due to whom we have signed, but because of the effort that seems to be involved. I've liked Graves decisions so far and the direction that the Cardinals organization seems to be going.

But, I lose my job to the Chinese on June 27th (Motorola thinks that someone else can build what we do cheaper and better than us...). So with an "unplanned" career change right around the corner, I need to see a MAXIMUM EFFORT from this organization before I spend ANY money to go see any games in person.

And you mention the list to choose seats at the new stadium? Like I've stated before, finding seats for the Cards in no problem! It will be just as easy to find decent seats at the new stadium for a first-time season ticket holder as it will be for someone who's had season tickets since '89, so don't fool yourself with that kind of rationalization!

Yes, the they announced the Emmitt signing, wifey made me do it...I will go, cheer till I lose my voice, pick fights with Raider Nation, and go home happy...
