I love the Upward Projects restaurants. On Central and Camelback you could try Postinos (Bruschetta and wine), Windsor and Churn (pub and ice cream), Federal (awesome pizza and wine coolers) or the newest Joyride Tacos (tacos). All within a few hundred feet of each other.

Braggs Factory Diner is on Grand Avenue on the edge of downtown ....... really good

True Food Kitchen near the Biltmore (24th & Camelback) area is pretty decent

For a little nicer place Becketts Table at 36th St & Indian School is also very good

Only way to go.

A place I like not to expensive is Charleston's in Mesa. That Hickory burger is great.
