There was a lot of talk (which we definitely added to) about Rory McIlroy’s 2026 Masters Champions Dinner menu. It’s an all-timer … it’s way too expensive … it’s too fancy. Instead of trying to one-up the World No. 2 at the upcoming PGA Championship, Scottie Scheffler has gone with the classic of all classics. No shock there. And we can’t say we wouldn’t love a bite.
"He wants chicken parm," Aronimink Executive Chef John Ferguson told CBS News about the 2025 Wanamaker winner's Champions Dinner pick. "So we're going to use locally raised chicken, the highest quality chicken, and he wanted three flavors of gelato." Those gelato flavors, by the way, will be lemon, strawberry and raspberry.

While we won't be able to sample Scheffler's chicken parm, Arnonimink Golf Club—located just west of Philadelphia—is going all in on cheesesteaks this week. Sometimes, you have to play the hits. Ferguson says they will even have “four or five different kinds of cheese” for its iteration of the Philly delicacy.
According to cityoffoodidelphia, Aronimink will be serving at least 15,000 sandwiches, 100,000 burgers and 65,000 hot dogs this week. But only the revered cheesesteak has made it to the course’s merch shop.
Philly-esque food merch is everywhere at this year’s PGA Championship, from Cheesesteak & Champions shirts to cheesy head covers. There is also Eagles and Phillies memorabilia, but any 76ers product should probably be replaced with New York Knicks merch after the Sixers were swept this week.
