With a new college basketball champion crowned, and the Big Ten celebrating national titles in football, women's basketball, and men's basketball, the eyes quickly turn ot the offseason. The transfer portal is now officially open for business for the next two weeks as basketball programs around the country will work to fill holes on their respective rosters with hopes of building a team capable of postseason glory a year from now. Once again, Penn State is expected to have a bit of a busy transfer portal season with players leaving and coming.

The NCAA transfer portal will be open for just two weeks, closing on Tuesday, April 21. The only way the portal will open again for any school is if there is a coaching change. With Penn State appearing to be settled on bringing back Mike Rhoades for the 2026-27 season, Rhoades and his staff will be busy working the phones and making sales pitches to sure up the roster and fill any gaps needed along the way.

We will keep track of every transfer portal move being made involving Penn State as the activity is already in full swing.

This transfer portal tracker was last updated on April 7, 2026.
