It's a new era for the Penn State Nittany Lions in 2026 as the team will be led by former Iowa State head coach Matt Campbell.
The move comes on the heels of a tumultuous 2025 season in which the Nittany Lions fired longtime head coach James Franklin and finished the season a disappointing 7-6.

However, Campbell brings plenty of Iowa State transfers, including quarterback Rocco Becht, who's been a staple for the Cyclones the last three seasons.

The Nittany Lions travel to play the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday, Oct. 17 at "The Big House" in Ann Arbor, Mich.
Penn State hasn't played Michigan since 2023 and has lost the last three games against the Wolverines.

Penn State hosts USC on Saturday, Oct. 10. The Nittany Lions beat the Trojans in 2024.
