A pair of Penn State stars dropped in Pete Prisco's latest mock draft.

The CBS sports reporter released his second mock draft of the year, with projected first round picks defensive end Abdul Carter and tight end Tyler Warren sliding down his board.

In his initial mock draft released in March, Prisco had Carter going at No. 2 overall to the Cleveland Browns, while Warren was slotted at No. 9 to the New Orleans Saints. Instead, Prisco has two-way phenom Travis Hunter going No. 2 overall.

In his updated version, released early Tuesday morning, Prisco now has Carter going at No. 3 overall to the New York Giants. The Giants already have a strong front seven featuring Kayvon Thibodeaux, Dexter Lawrence and Brian Burns, which would be bolstered by the addition of Carter. Though the Giants don't necessarily need defensive line help, Carter's talent makes him hard to pass up.

Warren also fell in Prisco's mock, dropping to the Indianapolis Colts at No. 14. Prisco now has the Saints passing on Warren and instead opting for a quarterback in Colorado's Shedeur Sanders.

Prisco notable has Michigan's Colston Loveland listed as the first tight end off the board, going to the Carolina Panthers at No. 8 overall.

Warren would likely lock in the starting role with Indianapolis, who didn't have a clear-cut TE1 last season. Mo Alie-Cox and Kylen Granson split time, but neither eclipsed 15 receptions on the year. Warren's skill and versatility will allow him to be a day one impact player with the Colts, if Prisco's prediction comes true.
