Los Angeles Clippers star Paul George was ruled out after exiting Thursday's game against the Detroit Pistons with left hamstring tightness. George left for the locker room with 3:45 remaining in the second quarter, and was announced out after halftime. Clippers coach Doc Rivers indicated after the game that George's exit was precautionary and concerned his back more than his legs.
