The New England Patriots looked significantly healthier at Thursday's practice after having multiple players out with an illness on Wednesday.
Linebacker Anfernee Jennings and offensive tackle Morgan Moses were full participants after being out. Veteran linebacker Robert Spillane was also a full participant for the first time since returning from his ankle injury. That bodes well for his chances of playing in Sunday's wild-card playoff game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Perhaps the only concerns for the Patriots are center Garrett Bradbury and defensive tackle Khyiris Tonga. Bradbury has been out for the last two practices with an illness, while Tonga has been out for the last two games with a foot injury.
Speaking of concerns, when should the Chargers start to worry about Omarion Hampton? The rookie running back was out for a second straight day with an ankle injury. If he's forced to miss Sunday's game, it would be a huge loss for a Chargers team that is already playing behind a decimated offensive line.
