Oklahoma State senior center Parsa Fallah announced Wednesday that he suffered a torn ACL in his left knee in the Cowboys’ win against West Virginia on Tuesday night.

That was the fear when Fallah went down after a dunk with 5.5 seconds left.

“I didn’t know last night would be the last time I’d step on that floor this season,” Fallah posted on Instagram. “If I did, I would’ve stayed a little longer … listened to the crowd a little louder … played every second like it would never happen again.

“When I went down, I wasn’t crying because of the pain. I was crying because I knew it might’ve been the last time I played on that court.”

Fallah, from Iran, ingratiated himself to Cowboys fans in his lone season in Stillwater. He’s been OSU’s leader and one of its best players.

He averaged 14.7 points and 6.0 rebounds in 26.4 minutes per game.

The Cowboys (17-11, 5-10 Big 12) have three games left in the regular season.

“I don’t know what the future holds,” Fallah posted on Instagram. “But I know this: I love you, Oklahoma State. I love you, Stillwater. Always a Cowboy.”
