congrats to the team. the entire organization. a truly amazing turnaround from last year. i am so impressed from everyone from sarver (despite his chicken antics) all the way down to the ballboys.

Since it had been a foregone conclusion for over a month, this seems almost anticlimatic. None the less, I had not realized just how rare it has been for the Suns to win the Pacific.

BTW, with the Spur beating the Sonics (5 game lead plus tiebreaker), it seems like a very good bet that the Suns will finish no worse than 2nd in the West. This is another race that may seem anticlimatic as our focus is turned entirely to the tight race for best overall record.
