Ayton was frustrated by Sabonis who used his muscle on him.

I am still struggling with the question as to whose leadership failure this is. Is it Monty? Or more likely is it that Monty has his hands tied by James Jones and Robert Sarver?
No question. I feel for Monty. Did he not know that he didn't have the experience
to turn around this team? Or talented leadership to back him up

Perhaps he felt that, no matter what happens, knowledgeable GM's in the NBA
will ultimately know that he didn't have a chance.

And if that's the case, I am back to thinking we as lifelong Suns fans are better off with a reset and Sarver moving the team and having it replaced with an expansion/replacement team. I can't take 2 more months of this, let alone 20 years.

Ayton absolutely destroyed by Sabonis. 3 fouls and not aggressive fouls. The 'I'm a passive defender please don't bump
into me foul' is why I'll troll this kid all season long... (fairly)

And yet he is King Leonidas in that department compared to Dario Saric...

I'm not sure what you are talking about. This is Monty's first season.

Which is why I posted that Monty probably took the job knowing he'd be
banging his head against a wall. But knowledgeable NBA people wouldn't
hold it against him when Sarver dumps him as the scapegoat.

Sad, but that's the history.

As in the last game, I am going to retire to my rocker recliner
to watch the game and hope we don't blow another 4th
quarter against a weak team.

It would be nice to talk about the game instead of your ongoing battle with ownership.

What game? Thanks to ownership/management, this team isn't even competitive anymore, even against bad teams like the Pacers minus Victor Oladipo.

A miracle it's even that close. The Suns have been thoroughly outplayed, especially at the forward positions.

Anyone still think it was a good idea to trade Warren for nothing? To trade the #6 pick for Dario Saric and Cam Johnson?

Encouraging considering we haven’t made a three all game. Can’t imagine we’ll be ice cold in the second half

Start watching at the six minute mark of the third quarter and you’ll swear we’re locks for the title

You mean once Dario Saric is finally glued to the bench for the rest of the game?

I sure hope the Suns shoot better in the 2nd half.

Brogdon is questionable to return with stitches to head.

Suns can't hit a shot.
