Isnt the ota's starting soon so we may actually get to see KK and Rosen on the field together that would IMHO be the time a decision could and should actually be made I think I've read its around 8th or so

The issue is what is he hearing from the Cards. If he’s just listening to the Murray banter without any assurances from the Cards he may be resentful. One way he could respond is to skip OTAs. This might be a big tell.

Even if we are keeping him, he won't be playing so we can continue the smokescreen of trading him.

If we are trading him, he won't be there for injury concern.

So really, I don't expect him to do anything until after the draft. If we're keeping him, I'm sure he can get the playbook.

What is allowed during the OTAs.

The first wave of free agency and the 2019 NFL draft have wrapped up, giving teams their 90-man roster. As the weather heats up, teams will be hitting the practice fields for the start of Organized Team Activities ahead of training camp.

OTAs are limited practices where no live contact is permitted but teams will be able to run 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills. It’ll also be the first time entire rosters will be on the field at the same time, giving teams a chance to gauge where they stand. For the entire 2019 NFL draft class, it’ll be their chance to begin making a case for starting jobs and room on the 53-man roster.

I am not sure how much coverage there will be on OTA's.
