OT - Signal-boosting a great LV restaurant

Feel free to let this fall down the board quickly, but I know that a lot of Las Vegans visit this board. I'm out here on a business trip and I just ate at this place called Fusion Grille right between the federal courthouse and the Elvis Wedding chapel and it's amazing.

It really hit home for me how transformative this past 18 months must be for people in the food and hospitality industry. Midday on a Monday in a downtown area and we were the only customers in the place across more than two hours. And the food was AWESOME.

Anyway, if you like Indian food at all, I highly, highly recommend you support this place. The best Indian food I've ever had.

I dont need anything sweet with them or anything to counteract them. If Im doing jalapenos I would likely just have pepperoni red onion and black olive with it.
