I can't believe he ranks Stanton behind SCUD.

Not a big shock if he is basing it primarily on their 2014 performance. Scud played really well in week 1 where Stanton hasn't completed more than 50% of his passes.

I have much more faith in Stanton to be consistent and give the team a chance to win than DA

I think Stanton has starter ability. I did not say a great QB but is starter caliber and the fact that the dysfunctional Lions never made it work tells me nothing... guy is getting his shot with the Cards, has won some games (the won he lost he did not finish while being down by one score into the second half against arguably the best AFC team), and Arians has complete faith he can win with him which tells me a lot

It's a little unfair Sanchez nabs the top spot after only one game, but he's 1 for 1.

OK. Stanton is 2-1 with the one loss getting out of hand AFTER he got knocked out. Until then he was going toe to toe with Peyton Manning. And I would take Stanton beating SF over Sanchez beating Carolina any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
