31-7 at the half and this game isn't this close. Cam Newton is hurting and keeping him out there is just stupid. He flung a hail Mary at the end of the half that was so grossly underthrown that it's obvious that this kid is in great pain. As for his backup, your good friend Derek Anderson, his team is getting whooped and they show him on the sideline...smiling. What is it about this guy who smiles while his team is getting stomped?

My fantasy opponent has the Philly defense, he was complaining yesterday that my defense, the Cards, scored too many, he's got 37 at the half from Philly.

The game really turned on the Sproles punt return which shouldn't have counted. There's a clear as day block where the Eagle guy has his hand up in the face and facemask of the Panther player, it's blatant.

But obviously you're right about Newton he's clearly hurt and shouldn't be playing, terrible coaching.

The proofs in the pudding dawg. He's gotten worse every year since his 1st one. Cams body language is good when he's playin good & sucks when he's not. IMO that's not a good thing.

Unfortunately the rock hard with open seams carpet at the Vet was so bad it left a lasting impression. Never understood spending a fortune on players only to risk their careers on a dangerous playing surface.

They've had (hybrid) grass in Philly since they opened the new place a decade ago.

You see the difference in Sanchez when he's not playing for an offensive debacle of a team. Ron Rivera = Rex Ryan as far as offensive competency goes.

Because the college selection of what used to be a pro QB is almost nonexistent now except for a guy like Luck. This means the NFL with a 'what have you done for me lately' attitude, is really just a glorified version of college ball. It is now more about the system (unless your system starts to malfunction as in the case of Whis) and Chip runs a great system where talent in not the main attribute. This is why we can still win with Stanton in our system lol

During the game, they mentioned he has several injuries he is playing through. A bad thumb, bruised ribs and a sore ankle. The guy could barely stand up at times. I understand they don't want to go to Derek Anderson unless they absolutely have to, but they had better rethink that. Cam should be shelved for a game or two.

I admired his press conference where he took responsibility for all of his mistakes and not mentioning any of his injuries as an excuse.
