If accurate, it sounds like prison is warranted however, when you have money, we know how that goes

Roid rage is alive and well
Ehhh could be…. But plenty of men who get possessive and driven crazy by their woman and get out of hand. The amount of domestic abuses that happen regularly is insane. Most of which don’t involve roids….

Wonder if the NFL will slap him on the wrist or if his career is in jeopardy.

Monti was criticized for not going after this guy, but some guys are just too risky to touch.
Pearce was my guy in that draft.
There was no previous indicator that something like this was going to happen.

damn domestics...make a dude crazy and are nearly impossible to predict.

We don’t have the same access to background stuff that teams do. Obviously the Falcons didn’t think it was a problem although the HC and GM got fired before this incident.

: Falcons James Pearce Jr. faces a minimum of five years in prison if he's ultimately convicted of one of the charges against him.

Aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer in Florida is a first-degree felony and has a mandatory sentence.

Uh, there was plenty of smoke around Pearce before he was drafted. Just a terrible human being.

Via Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com, Rickea Jackson of the WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks had been trying to end a relationship with Pearce. Jackson told police that, on Saturday morning, she saw Pearce approaching her vehicle in a white Lamborghini SUV. When she stopped at a red light, Pearce got out and tried to open the door to her car.

She drove away, heading toward a police station. He got back inside his vehicle and chased her. Jackson said Pearce rammed his SUV into the rear end of her car. After she tried to drive away, he allegedly drove head-on into her vehicle.

When police responded to the crime scene, they saw Pearce standing outside his car, door open. When an officer pulled his gun and ordered Pearce to get on the ground, Pearce got back inside closed the door. The officer opened the door. Pearce pulled it shut and locked it.

Pearce then drove away, striking the officer in the knee.

Police chased Pearce until his SUV crashed. He got out and ran. Officers caught him, and he allegedly continued to resist arrest.

Wonder what kind of treatment he would have received if he weren't in a lambo.
