Cowboys injury update from Jason Garrett: LT Tyron Smith has something going on with his right eye. It’s closed may or may not work out today. Dak has a banged up right shoulder to go with the index finger. Happened in the first half of the Rams game...played through both though.

You would think people would learn that having an offense where the QB "manages" the game with a defense to "shut the other team down" is the quickest way to never winning anything. Can it work? Sure. Does it often work? No. Jeff Fisher was the king of this and Coughlin isn't far from it.
Being passive rarely works in the NFL.

Seahawks’ RB Rashaad Penny is undergoing ACL surgery this morning with Dr. Neal S. ElAttrache, an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, per source. Penny expected back for 2020 season.
