Matt Leinart's college "dorm" room smelt of rich Mahogany. He also had many leatherbound books on ballroom dancing.

I'll let him know you are busting on him. After all, he and I now have an apartment together.

I don't know about that. First of all I think Kolb is the bigger thief. 2nd: In my opinion cutting a QB who was a top ten draft pick without ever letting him start a single regular season game without Kurt Warner on the roster thinking that Dereck Anderson was a capable replacement was one of, if not the biggest mistake the Cardinals have made since they hired Buddy Ryan as head coach.

And I don't care what Leinart has done since. They needed to see what he could do then. Real bullets. Not the blanks that are fired in pre season.

Its still amazing that they cut Leinart in favor of Anderson, who made Matt look like Payton Manning.

36-34 with Leinart on the roster. 18-30 with him not on the roster.

OK so once a year I get to go away from 5-11 with him. 5-11 without him.

BTW did you know that even applies to Kurt Warner.

2005 and 2006 with Kurt: 5-11. 2010 and 2012 without Kurt 5-11. :p

I personally believe these numbers have much more to do with Anquan Boldin being on the roster than any other theory people have come up with. You Just dont kick the leader of your team out the door and not feel the consequences of it. Like it or not, Anquan was the leader of the team (not Larry).

My good friend is the same age as Leinart, and they were both recruited at the same time. My buddy ended up playing for ASU and obviously Matt went to SC. Matt is affectionately referred to as F-face in the elite circle of college athletes of that time. When we drafted Matt, I came into work the following Monday all stoked about the pick. My friend quickly disqualified my excitement with "Ya. We'll see."

I personally feel Matt got screwed here. I wouldn't have cut him, and I completely believe we would have easily 3-peated as NFCW champs had HE been on the roster in 2010. Frustrating to watch Seattle get it with a 7-9 record that year. At any rate, I am not the least bit shocked to see anyone (AP included) take shots at Leinart. I get the feeling Matt did a great job of pissing a lot of people off throughout the game.

The last 6 (2007-2012) seasons Q has not played on a team with a losing record, has won 5 consecutive Division Titles, an AFC Championship, an NFC Championship and a Super Bowl. The last 5 seasons His teams are 53-27 regular season and 10-4 in the post season.

He is a GAM!

However all that changes this year. :koolaid:
