On a roster already lacking wing depth, the Oregon Ducks are set to lose forward Dezdrick Lindsay to the transfer portal, per The Athletic's Tobias Bass.
Lindsay spent two seasons with the program, missing the entire 2024-25 campaign with an injury before starting eight games this season and proving himself to be an energy contributor off the bench for much of the season. He averaged 5.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists on 40.3% from the field and 32.8% from 3-point range.
Prior to transferring to Oregon, Lindsay spent time at the junior college level at Florida Southwestern, where he averaged 16.0 points as sophomore. He then transferred to the Division-I level, joining the Ducks.
Standing 6-foot-6 and 200 pounds, Lindsay had several highlight-reel worthy dunks this season, including one against Minnesota that went viral on social media. His lack of an outside shot clogged up the paint at times however, limiting his play time to just 20.5 minutes per night.
Lindsay is the third Duck to enter the transfer portal this offseason, joining point guard Jackson Shelstad and forward Kwame Evans Jr.
