The 2025 NFL draft starts Thursday night when the Tennessee Titans go on the clock at No. 1 overall. Two days later, it'll wrap up Saturday afternoon with pick No. 257, which currently belongs to the Kansas City Chiefs.

In the nearly 48 hours it'll take for all 257 picks to unfold, the order will change plenty too. While this is the first draft in the common era that's set to begin with all 32 teams still owning their original first-round selection, that surely won't last long.

More than two dozen trades happened in the 2024 NFL draft, including 11 in the first 50 picks. When teams make those deals, they typically consult a trade value chart.

Former Miami Dolphins coach Jimmy Johnson has been credited with coming up with the concept during his time with the Dallas Cowboys, but it has since evolved with every team using their own chart. More recently, blogger Rich Hill has created a chart using 15 years' worth of draft trades to provide an estimation of how teams currently value each pick.

Here's the full, seven-round order of picks for the 2025 NFL draft heading into Thursday night with Hill's valuation for each selection:
