I've been a vocal critic of the yours over the last couple years, I see a lot of potential in the you, you have heart, you're fearless at times, loved the fake punt, used to love your never say die attitude, your competitiveness but then the stubborness came out starting with Matt.
Look I'm not arguing in favor or against any one player here, don't know the whole story and don't care what it is.
My advice is this, it's simple.
The goal is to get what you want out of players.
There's a legendary book out there on how to deal with people and get what you want out of it, to make your point a different way, to get people to WANT to do what you want them to do.
Read the book.
How to win friends and influence people, read it now, right now it could save your job and make you a much happier person and make your life in general much happier.
You seem to be a smart man, a caring man, perhaps you aren't the most skilled person with other people, but you do have skills.
This book can literally change your life, by your actions I'm betting you've never read it, or if you've read it you've forgotten everything in it.
Read it now, read it several times, ANYONE who is managing other people and trying to get them to do what you want them to do NEEDS for their own sanity to read this book.
