We’re exactly 50 days away from Penn State kicking off its 2026 football season against Marshall, and today we’re honoring a person who is widely expected to help anchor the offensive line. After seeing playing time mainly on special teams as a freshman, Cooper Cousins saw action on the O-line as a sophomore last season, appearing in 12 games and starting in two of them. It was during the latter half of the season especially where Cousins’ hard work up front paid off, allowing Kaytron Allen to run his way into becoming PSU’s first-ever 4,000-plus yard rusher. Look for him to be a full-time starter this upcoming season as he leads a revamped unit that is replacing several guys due to graduation and transfers.
