The Oklahoma State softball team's game was postponed after their bus was involved in a fatal crash.
The team said in a statement on Wednesday, April 8 that the game scheduled for that day against Wichita State "has been postponed after the Cowgirls' team bus was involved in an accident on the way to Wichita."
The statement provided no additional details about the crash but confirmed that "no one from the OSU travel party was injured" in the accident. "When the new game day and time are set, those details will be shared," the statement concluded.
According to ABC affiliate KOCO 5, the Oklahoma State bus struck a woman who was reportedly on foot on the I-35 highway. A source told the outlet that witnesses had reported her behavior to 911 after she was seen running through cars on the highway.

The county medical examiner arrived at the scene after the woman was struck, according to KOCO, and the highway remained closed for more than two hours as officials investigated.
An investigation is currently ongoing, according to Oklahoma City local news station KFOR.
PEOPLE has reached out to Oklahoma State for comment.
The Cowgirls' next game is scheduled for Friday, April 10 against Iowa State.
