COLUMBUS – Regardless of your team’s record, tournament time is always exciting because it gives teams new life and something to play for. The goal for every team is to reach the state tournament.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association held its Central District boys basketball tournament draws on Feb. 15. For the third consecutive year, a ratings percentage index determined seeds in conjunction with MaxPreps rather than a coach’s vote. The RPI is comprised of 40% winning percentage, 40% opponent’s winning percentage, and 20% opponent’s winning percentage.
