Is tall for a guard but doesn't have the feet for a tackle. Might be a good fit as Whis seems to like his guards to be able to move a little.

Herman Johnson....not a bad pick. Grimm's pet project along with Brandon Keith.

Love the call! A huge mauler that can dominate the LOS, but like Sho said, he's gonna need a ton of coaching, a cut in weight, and a lot of TLC, but if he pans out will be amazing.

That's EXACTLY what I was thinking. lol

Screw Deuce... He needs some competition. Keith and Johnson should supply all he can handle.

Hopefully we take a look at some of the remaining running backs coming up. Jennings, J Johnson and J Davis all could be solid contributers.

The Combine All-Star kicker David Buechler goes to Dallas.

Herman could be something if keeps up the weight loss.

Titans select Javon Ringer, now that is one interesting selection considering they already have 2 big backs on their roster.

The more that I think about the reasons that Whis plays Wells at guard, the more I like the H Johnson pick. He can block down field which speaks to good feet (for a guard) and Whis likes Wells because he can pull with him and he has the feet to get out in front of a play. Johnson will need work, but I likethe thinking behind this pick.

Scouts INC. rates him as horrible in the category of agility.

He is slow out of his stance and generally comes out of it too high. He's a waist-bender that lacks the agility to mirror-and-slide efficiently in space. Shows marginal lateral quickness and poor balance.

And Below average in Pass Protection.

Massive frame makes him difficult to get around, especially in tight quarters at the OG position. Long arms and huge hands allow him to keep separation. However, he does not have a powerful punch to jar DL initially and he struggles to redirect versus quick double moves. He's not a natural knee bender. The more space he's in the more vulnerable he becomes. DT's with excellent first-step quickness are also problematic.

Short Yardage situations should be fun with him in front of Beanie.

He's enormous and flashes a mean streak. Generally works to finish his blocks. However, he is surprisingly weak for such a massive lineman. There is very little power to his game. He also loses a lot of his strength at the point of attack because he plays so high.

I found this surprising.
