Purdue football's 2027 signing class has started with a stack of potential playmakers on offense.

Florida running back Amos Bradford joined that conversation with his Sunday commitment to the Boilermakers off a busy Spring Showcase visit weekend. The three-star prospect from Hollywood's Chaminade-Madonna Prep is ranked No. 854 in the Rivals industry rankings.

Bradford's commitment preceded one Monday morning by Winnetka (Illinois) New Trier quarterback Jackie Ryder. Bastrop (Texas) receiver Dallas Crescenzo committed in October.

The 5-foot-10, 170-pound Bradford's list of reported offers included Indiana, Florida and Miami, among others.

Bradford was previously committed to Toledo, but backed out of that pledge last January. He also switched high schools, moving from West Broward to powerhouse Chaminade-Madonna. The latter program's notable alumni include NFL players such as Kamar Aiken and Marquise Brown, and current Ohio State star Jeremiah Smith.

Bradford rushed for 832 yards and seven touchdowns on 107 carries while helping West Broward reach Florida's Class 6A state championship game last season.

Purdue's 2026 class included only one running back, Rockwood (Michigan) Carlson's Izaiah Wright. The Boilermakers added three transfer running backs with multiple years of eligibility.
