The curling world has been mired in controversy at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
Are competitors cheating by double-touching the stone? Everyone has an opinion, including some with some less-than-ideal language.
Norway's men's curling team has seen all the negativity and decided to take matters into their own hands.
They've brought back the colorful pants. It's glorious:

Fans have been wondering about this very thing.
Norway grabbed attention for themselves at past Olympics by rocking incredibly colorful pants like these.
In these Games so far, though, they had worn only black pants. It seemed the trend had gone away.
Maybe this was the plan all along, or maybe it was a chance to seize some positive chatter for their sport.
Either way, Norway has stepped up to the plate.
Norway entered Tuesday with a 4-2 record in preliminary round play. If the Norwegians can keep it up, they've got a shot to advance to the Olympic semifinal and compete for a medal.
Even without that, though, they've already won. The Norway curling team's pants have given the sport a reason to smile. That was much needed.
