Florida State softball will host the Dugout Club Classic this weekend, with Alabama, Elon and Dartmouth all coming to Tallahassee to compete.
No. 9 Alabama Crimson Tide (9-0)
Alabama comes to Tallahassee undefeated. The Crimson Tide spent opening weekend at a tournament hosted by Georgia Tech, where they beat GT, ECU and Villanova. At home the next weekend, they took down Liberty and Purdue.

Elon Phoenix (1-8)
The Phoenix had a tough opening weekend. Tournaments split between Chapel Hill and Elon were cancelled due to weather, and they went winless in the games that were able to be played. In the second weekend of the season, at the Elon Softball Phoenix Invitational, they only claimed one win against Mount Saint Mary’s.
