NFL world reacts to Colts releasing CB Kenny Moore
Ummmmm yes.
But would love to see him in a Spagz defense!! I believe he can transition to safety and with his ability to tackle, hunt ball & his football IQ he can play another 5 years at a high level w/o having to chase slot receivers every down. https://t.co/Hs6MVM8NrT

Kenny Moore II is now a free agent. Trade market never developed for Moore, and Chris Ballard alluded this was an option out of respect for what he has done for the team and the community.
An incredible Colt. https://t.co/kGvSN8z6rn

It was only a matter of time. Each side decided to move on. https://t.co/hXSzBjtYU8

May not be super necessary post-draft, but could still be good for depth for the right price https://t.co/m2ngBq8LsV

Moore was due $10M in 2026, but this move wasn't really about that -- more so getting into the right fit and scheme for the player. https://t.co/eMZuTHgm52

Giants should be all over this
Outside of Dru Phillips they are very thin at slot corner https://t.co/08pqqSbXiC

Kenny Moore was originally a Patriots undrafted free agent in 2017.
Spent the '17 offseason with Bill Belichick and Pats. They cut him at the end of preseason. Colts claimed him.
In 2018, the Colts faced the Pats, I asked Belichick his memories of Moore: pic.twitter.com/VjD1KBTxvp

With no trade coming to fruition, Kenny Moore II has now reportedly been released. Expect to see second-year DB Justin Walley get the first crack at replacing him in the slot. https://t.co/mINhTNcVRL

On Kenny Moore II, a couple points:
*This opens up $7M in salary-cap savings.
*Moore likely would've been on this roster if he wanted, BUT there is clearly a shift coming to more man-to-man approach as there should be w Sauce and Ward on the field. Not an ideal fit for Moore.
