Trades are a major part of the NFL draft each year. Though there’s been minimal movement so far, deals will inevitably be struck between Thursday and Friday when teams go on the clock.

One way to gauge how much to give up in a trade up the board or how much to ask for in a move back is the trade value chart. Below is a look at the Rich Hill Model, which has become the more popular model in recent drafts.

Each pick is assigned a point value ranging from 1 to 1,000, with the earlier picks obviously being more valuable. For instance, the 26th pick, which the Los Angeles Rams hold, is worth 223 points.

Here’s a look at the complete 2025 draft order, with values for all 257 picks.

As for the Rams' eight picks, here are the values of each one.

  • Round 1, No. 26: 223 points
  • Round 3, No. 90: 45 points
  • Round 3, No. 101: 34 points
  • Round 4, No. 127: 20 points
  • Round 6, No. 190: 6 points
  • Round 6, No. 195: 5 points
  • Round 6, No. 201: 5 points
  • Round 6, No. 202: 4 points
