The Arizona Cardinals are bringing back one of their defensive linemen in 2026. No, it isn't Calais Campbell (at least not yet). According to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, defensive lineman L.J. Collier is re-signing with Arizona for a one-year contract worth $2.5 million.

This will be the fourth one-year deal Collier has signed with the Cardinals.

He has been in Arizona since 2023. Last season, he had a knee injury that limited him to just four games. In those four games, he had six tackles and two quarterback hits.

Two of his three seasons in Arizona have been injury-shortened. In 2023, he tore his triceps in Week 1 and missed the rest of the season.

In his one completely healthy season in 2024, he played in all 17 games and had a career-high 29 tackles, a career-high 3.5 sacks, four tackles for loss and six quarterback hits.

Collier rejoins a defensive line room that has Darius Robinson, Walter Nolen and Dante Stills under contract. P.J. Mustipher is an exclusive rights free agent and will likely be back as well.
